- Join one physician and 4 APPs in an established rural primary care practice.
- Extremely supportive community
- Retiring physician welcomes the opportunity to mentor a new graduate!
- Outpatient-only, 4-day workweek
- 20 ppd on average
- Students regularly rotate through the clinic.
- Per the lead physician "When choosing a practice I found it 'perfect' here. Rural health care allows me to provide more complete care, and the wider scope of practice naturally invites building relationships with patients."
- 301k guaranteed base salary + tiered RVU production incentives and non-production incentives
- 300,000 recruitment incentive package
