Position Highlights:
MercyOne Clinton is actively seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving and collegial outpatient practice with 3 Internists and 1 APP. This is a traditional outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity with 1:4 weekend call, supported by a dedicated Hospitalist/Intensivist team contracted through Apogee.
This is a well-established and fully developed practice with high patient demand—ideal for a physician seeking autonomy in a strong, collaborative setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
🕒 Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
👨⚕️ Team: 3 Internal Medicine Physicians, 1 Advanced Practice Provider
🏥 Hospitalist Coverage: Provided by Apogee
📍 Clinic Location: 5 minutes from hospital in Clinton, IA

Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (must be within 3 years of eligibility and plan to sit for boards)
✅ Iowa license or willing to obtain
✅ Clean malpractice and license history [Preferred]
✅ Accepting new graduates
Working Hours
📞 On-Call: 1:4 weekends (shared)
🏥 Inpatient care handled by Hospitalist team
