Position Overview:
Join a mission-driven safety-net clinic affiliated with a full-service Catholic hospital in South Bend, Indiana. Work alongside two physicians and a nurse practitioner in an off-site, outpatient-only setting, delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics. OB is optional, and the clinic features basic lab and procedural capabilities on site.

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $240,000 – $260,000 + production incentives

Job Responsibilities
Outpatient-only family medicine (no inpatient or hospital rounding)
OB optional
Team: 2 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner
Monday–Friday daytime clinic hours
Phone-only call: 1:7 rotation
EPIC EMR
Teaching opportunities available (optional)
Must adhere to Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
Bilingual candidates or those with underserved population experience are a plus
Qualifications
✅ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of residency completion)
✅ Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)
✅ Experience seeing patients across the age spectrum (pediatric through geriatric)
✅ BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications (or willing to obtain)
✅ COVID vaccination required
✅ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✅ Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
