Primary Care Physician (New Graduates Accepted) - El Monte, CA
Locations: El Sereno, CA; El Monte, CA; Rosemead, CA; (may split time between sites which are about 10-15 mins away from one another; they would not need to travel between sites within the same day)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Alternative schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Rotational on-call phone support; no hospital work required.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations, including underserved and uninsured communities. This full-time role involves managing preventive, acute, and chronic conditions while collaborating with an integrated care team to support patients' overall well-being. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope primary care for adults and pediatric patients, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.

Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, immunizations, and order/review lab tests and diagnostic imaging.

Develop personalized care plans and provide health education and counseling.

Manage referrals and coordinate care with specialists and an integrated care team, including behavioral health.

Practice evidence-based medicine, focusing on wellness, prevention, and continuity of care.

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and participate in rotational after-hours call support.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an approved residency program.

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in a primary care specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds). -
Valid, unrestricted California Medical License.

Current DEA license.

Compassion for underserved and uninsured communities.

Ability to meet credentialing requirements.
Preferred:

Experience in a community clinic or FQHC setting.

Knowledge of public health principles.
