Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, a historic mill town known for its vibrant arts community, Fitchburg State University, and proximity to beautiful natural areas like Wachusett Mountain. This practice is part of a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides essential primary care to underserved populations in North Central Massachusetts.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $225,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
- Quality Incentive Bonus – Up to $4,200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures (pro-rated for part-time)

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule (36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours), 4 Day Work Week Optional
- Outpatient primary care setting
- No nights or weekends required
- Average of 22 patients per day
- Minimal on-call rotation
- Full clinical support staff
- High level of provider autonomy
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Massachusetts
- Passion for community-based, patient-centered care
