Job description Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative, and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a collaborative work environment enhanced by Ambient AI technology that streamlines documentation and supports clinical excellence.

Primary Care Position Details:

Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)

  • Location: Southington, CT
  • Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
  • Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
  • Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
  • Other compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend

Qualifications

Requirements:
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine

Working Hours

Schedule:
Full-time, weekdays only
Schedule flexibility - option for a 4, 4.5 or 5 day fill-time work week

Skills

Clinical expertise in adult medicine, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and complex multi-system conditions.
Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of adult health issues with evidence-based approaches.
