- BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician
- Patients are approximately 50% Medicare / 5% cash / remainder are private insurance; no Medicaid. The majority are Vietnamese patients.
- Large established patient panel
- Ability to perform minor in-office procedures a plus
- Guaranteed income for first 18 months = $270,000 plus base + $30k quality bonus
-After 18 months, comp based on production and value base care performance, $350,000+ potential
- W2 position with full benefits
- 401K w/ 4% match
- Health Insurance: Blue Cross /Blue Shield HMO or PPO
- $5000 for moving expenses
- 5 days CME + $2500 allowance
- 10 days PTO in year 1; 15 days in year 2
- EMR: Athena
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00; Saturday optional for additional pay
- Take calls on own patients; extremely infrequent
- 100% outpatient
- Ability to see patients at hospital if desired
- Work 3 days at one clinic and 2 days at a 2nd location
- Great locations on Southwest side of Houston, Texas
