- Hours: Flexible schedule including option for 4 day week; occasional Saturday may be required

- Additional Info: Responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients in line with community standards as part of a patient-centered care team. Duties include supervising midlevel providers, reviewing charts, ordering/interpreting tests, documenting visits, providing on-call triage, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Actively engages patients in their care, supports quality improvement, and participates in team meetings. Requirements: - California medical license - BC/BE in Primary Care - 2+ years outpatient experience (community-based preferred) - Strong communication, teamwork, and cultural competence Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
