Concierge Primary Care | Northern Virginia
Full-Time | Competitive Compensation | Physician-Owned Group
A premier concierge primary care group serving the Northern Virginia community is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine with time-rich appointments, flexible scheduling, and outstanding physician autonomy.
Position Highlights
• Concierge outpatient model
• 6–10 patients per day; panel of 300–500
• Flexible 4–5 day schedule
• Light 1:9 call rotation
• Physician-owned practice with strong support team
• Collaborative, growth-minded culture
