This PRN General Medicine Physician role offers flexible scheduling, excellent pay, and the opportunity to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams + Separation Health Assessments for Veterans — no treatment, no prescribing. Perfect for physicians looking for supplemental income and meaningful work.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct interview-based evaluations + light physical assessments
• Complete documentation, addendums, and medical opinions as required
• Work PRN (as-needed basis) at designated Virginia locations
• Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ortho Surgery, or General Medicine – Required
• Proficient in METs testing, respiratory & cardiovascular evaluations
• Must own a laptop (No Mac/Apple)
• Willing to complete DMA training & obtain certification
• Updated CV with current home address
Working Hours
• Option for ½ day (4 hrs) or full day (8 hrs) shifts
• Weekend work available (if desired)
