Looking to fill Nights, Days, and Swing shifts at three sites
All sites within 20min drive from NOLA
Site 1
180 beds
3 hospitalists
1 swing
1 nocturnist
Swing
Shift time 4p-2a
Primarily admissions
Floor calls and admits 4p-6p
EMR: EPIC
Rate: $210/hr
Nights
Shift time: 6p-6a
Rate: $220/hr
Site 2
Days
Shift time 7a-7p
Census: 13-16
1-2 admits
No procedures, EM handles codes and procedures
Intubations done by EM, than can be transferred off-site
20 beds
Non-Interventional Card onsite M-F
EMR: Epic
Rate: $200/hr
Site 3
Community hospital with academic ties
3 hospitalists
1 days APP
1 swing APP 2p-12a
1 nocturnist
Total hospitalist census: 40-60 (lower in the summers)
Days
Shift time 7a-7p
Census: 15-17 (10-11 in summer)
1-2 admits, round robin admissions
Swing APP covers admits after 2p
Open ICU
No procedures, EM handles codes and procedures
ICU co-managed by LSU pulm/CC team, 730a-5p
Rate: $200/hr

Shift time 7p-7a
4-6 admits
Swing APP coverage 2p-12a
Open ICU
No procedures, EM handles codes and procedures
Subspecialties: IR, Card, Neph, Palliative
EMR: Epic
Televirtualist option during heavy volume
