“Competitive annual salary – up to $299,637, with flexibility for providers to submit salary expectations during the hiring process.”
Highlights
- Immediate and ongoing need Perm Physician (Primary Care)
- Facility Type Hospital based.
- Current openings are located in Bay City, MI and Saginaw Township, MI. However, additional sites will be opening up for 2025 start (inquire at interview).
Practice Setting
- Hospital Setting: Hospital, rauma Level II (Bay City) Trauma Level III (Saginaw Township), (Additional sites: pending; details to be discussed at interview.)
Job Responsibilities
• BLS, ACLS(AHA), DEA (or willing to obtain before start) – REQUIRED
• Active MI license,(or willing to obtain before start)
• EMR, Epic – REQUIRED
Credentialing
• Credentialing window: 60 DAYS
