- Flexible, Clinic hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Clinical Details
- Multiple worksites
- Call: Equal rotation with providers, by phone
- EMR: Cerner
- 18-20 patients per day
- 70% Adult, 20% Adult Geriatric, 10% Pediatric
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active AZ License or IMLC
