PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adults (18+)
- Case Mix: General internal medicine and chronic disease management
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Rate: Negotiable (based on experience) REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Preventive screenings
- Diagnostic evaluations
- Chronic disease management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Louisiana state license required
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- DEA required
- Other Qualifications: Strong communication and primary care experience preferred

- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients
- Conduct preventive care visits and screenings
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and manage prescriptions
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving in patient care
