This practice emphasizes preventive care, management of long-term health conditions, and a holistic approach to patient wellness. Providers are supported by robust care teams, including medical assistants, scribes, and behavioral health professionals, ensuring every patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.

What You’ll Do:

Provide primary care to adult patients, with an emphasis on prevention and long-term condition management

Collaborate with care teams to address medical, behavioral, and social needs

Maintain quality documentation with EMR support

Contribute to a patient-first model focused on outcomes, not volume
Requirements:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active or in-process Alabama medical license

Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills

Commitment to community-focused, patient-first care
