Opportunity Highlights

• Outpatient-only primary care with no hospital call
• Flexible scheduling options:
  • 4x10-hour days (8 hours clinical, 2 hours admin)
  • 5x8-hour days (Monday–Friday)
• Target patient volume: 72 patient encounters per week
• AI scribe support via DAX
• Epic EMR
• Supportive practice model with robust administrative and clinical resources

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $300,000
• Year 2: Eligible for value-based incentives up to 10%
• Productivity incentive participation from day one
• $60,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 30 days authorized time off per year
