Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Outpatient Only
Compensation: $200K–$350K+ annually (panel-based incentive structure)
She Recruits is partnering with a well-established, physician-led medical group to identify a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering highly personalized primary care. This is an opportunity to step away from high-volume medicine and practice in a model that emphasizes time, quality, and proactive wellness.

Manageable Patient Volume: Just 8–10 patients per day, with extended appointments (60/90/120 minutes).

Panel Cap: Limited to 350 patients total, ensuring personalized care.

Work-Life Balance: No call while on vacation, equal call share otherwise (1/9 nights and weekends), and 200 patient-facing days annually.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200K annually, with growth up to $350K at full panel

Incentive: Growing panel size by 100 patients in the first year increases base to $225K, with a cap of $375K.

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.

Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for a diverse adult patient population.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Build long-term continuity with patients by focusing on prevention, wellness, and education.
Qualifications

MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (North Carolina or ability to obtain)

Minimum 3 years of post-residency primary care experience
