Location: Middletown, NY - NYC 70m
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position, Employed opportunity
Schedule: Variable Day Shifts (7:45 AM 4:15 PM, 8:45 AM 5:15 PM, or 9:45 AM 6:15 PM)
Position Highlights
* Outpatient primary care practice for adult patients
* Collaborative interdisciplinary team with clinical and administrative support
* Leadership, coordination, and continuity of care responsibilities
* Teaching opportunities through academic affiliation
* No inpatient or call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual salary range: $279,789 - $323,652 (per NYS salary transparency law)

Ideal Candidate
* MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (3 years)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible (certified within 5 years of residency)
* NY Medical License (active and unrestricted)
* DEA registration and NYS Opioid Prescriber Certification
* Current BLS required; ACLS preferred
* Infectious disease certification as required by NYS Estimated pay range/amount is $223263 to $347102.
