Job description
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. This position offers a conventional outpatient practice with opportunities for teaching, professional development, and community engagement.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage patient panels ranging from 18–22 patients per day across all age groups.
• Collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1:7 phone call only) for patient inquiries and urgent needs.
• Adhere to Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Indiana medical license.
• Active DEA registration (or willingness to obtain).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with pediatric through geriatric populations.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
Working Hours
On-call rotation 1:7 (phone call only).

• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
