Wound Care Specialist- WA
- Work Dates Needed: one day to two days /week visit per site Three locations in WA
- Preferred Schedule: 6:30am-2:30pm Weekday Only
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Skilled Nursing Facility Setting
- Scope of Work: Must have wound care experience, Treating Adults Only. Provider will work in SNF and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds, change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, replace or remove G-tubes (will train), establish plan of care and work within facility protocol.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: WA License, DEA, must have experience performing wound debridement procedures. Must be personable.
- EMR: Will use the company's iPad mini to take photos, will be writing a shorthand note at bedside and send to transcription dept to complete chart.
