Internal Medicine Physician - Indiana

Seeking a full-time physician to join a dedicated inpatient rehab team in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide internal medicine care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting

• Manage chronic and acute conditions with individualized care plans

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

• Prescribe and monitor medications

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care team members

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery plans

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and facility staff

• Promote wellness and healthy lifestyle practices

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in internal medicine

• Inpatient rehab experience is a plus, but not required

• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license

• Active DEA license with prescriptive authority in Indiana
