Physician Services Group (PSG) is hiring a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing Charleston, SC area team. This is a weekday-only position with minimal call and an emphasis on work-life balance in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct new admissions and routine follow-up visits
Supervise NPs and MAs within assigned facilities
Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
Collaborate with facility staff and PSG’s Medical Director
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote PSG’s care model
Complete timely EMR documentation and billing with proper coding
Qualifications
Active or eligible SC medical license
Understanding of chronic disease and post-acute care
Strong communication, leadership, and EMR documentation skills
DEA and DHEC credentials (or ability to obtain)
Working Hours
8am-4pm
Full-time, in-person role (locum coverage also considered)
Monday–Friday schedule
Minimal call
Skills
Active or eligible South Carolina medical license
DEA and DHEC credentials (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of acute, chronic, and long-term care
EMR and E/M coding proficiency
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Team-oriented and business-minded with a passion for post-acute care
