Internal Medicine Locums Physician, Illinois - No Call
Primary care locums available in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood.
Highlights
- 100% outpatient; no nights, no call, no hospital duties
- Minimum 3-month commitment with weekly pay
Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic focused on Medicare patients (65+)
- Located in a diverse, Spanish-speaking community
- Team includes NPs, RNs, MAs, and a scribe
- Strong support in a collaborative care model
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8a-5p only
- No weekends or holidays
- Predictable weekday routine; great for work-life balance
Cases and Procedures
- No procedures required
- Focus on chronic disease management: diabetes, CHF, HTN, CAD, mild cognitive impairment
Requirements
- MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Illinois license and DEA
- Must be fluent in Spanish
