TeamHealth is seeking a facility medical director to join our team in the Alamo and Brownsville, Tennessee, areas. Competitive compensation with an estimated range of $110 to $110 hourly with no cap on productivity income potential, plus leadership stipend.

About the Role
- Part-time (10 days/month) rounding in a rural health community clinic
- No call

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
- Clinical oversight supervising one to two nurse practitioners
Support and Development
- 3-month onboarding program with dedicated mentor

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams, develop and adjust individualized care plans, monitor patient's progress, and coordinate care for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee physician medical license and DEA
- 2 years primary care experience
- Strong clinical skills and communication abilities
- Work location: in person, part-time, W2 eligible only
