Nocturnist Opportunity – $332.8K Base + $40K Bonus + Relocation | Night Shifts | New York

We’re seeking a committed Nocturnist to join a stable and supportive hospital medicine team in New York. Enjoy a physician-friendly environment with flexible scheduling, robust practice support, and a collaborative care model where your contributions truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver overnight inpatient care on a 7-on/7-off, 12-hour schedule (7 PM–7 AM)

• Average census of 15–18 patients per physician per shift

• Support rapid responses and codes (ICU team handles ICU patients)

• Collaborate with experienced APPs and a hospitalist team in a closed ICU setting

• Focus entirely on clinical care — no procedures required

• Thrive in a collegial atmosphere where new ideas and teamwork drive success

Who You Are:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Licensed or willing to obtain a New York State license and DEA registration

• New grads (2025) and experienced physicians are welcome

• Clean malpractice and licensing history highly preferred

• Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 not accepted)

• Not accepting locum tenens or local applicants within 30 miles of the facility

What You’ll Receive:

• Base salary of $332,800, with additional starting bonus up to $40,000
