Practice Details
- Outpatient-only, hospital-employed role with no inpatient responsibilities
- Join a team of physicians and NPs with full support staff and an experienced practice manager
- Expanding clinic with 12 new exam rooms and an additional procedure room underway
- On-site diagnostics, including x-ray, lab draw area with same-day results, and minor procedures
Schedule
- Standard 4-day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with one late clinic weekly
- No weekend responsibilities
- Clinic-only call, low volume, rotating every 6+ weeks
- Patient volume goal of 20-24 per day with structured appointment times
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with additional quality and productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and first-year living allowance
- 27 days of PTO plus CME allowance and dedicated CME time

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- U.S.-trained or foreign medical graduates with completed U.S. residency
- Comfort with full-scope primary care; geriatrics experience a plus
