Overview:
A thriving, community-based outpatient practice in Lake Hopatcong, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified or TRULY Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible schedule, manageable patient volume, and a mix of clinical care and leadership within a collaborative, well-supported setting.
Position Highlights:

Outpatient-only primary care setting

See 20โ25 patients per day
-
Schedule: 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly
(including rotating Saturday shifts and light call) -
Treat patients of all ages across the continuum of care

Key responsibilities:

Preventive care, acute illness/injury management, and chronic disease treatment

Prescribe medications, vaccinations, order tests, and specialist referrals
-
Supervise support staff and provide team-based care direction
-
Ensure complete and accurate documentation per E/M and HCC coding standards

Full credentialing and privileging process required
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $220,000โ$240,000 (based on experience and training)

Performance Bonus: Earn up to 35% of net collections after base draw

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family or Internal Medicine โ REQUIRED

Active NJ license (or willing to obtain) โ REQUIRED

DEA, CDS/CSR, and BLS certifications (or willing to obtain) โ REQUIRED

Clean malpractice history โ REQUIRED
