Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established and growing facility. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages (FM) or adults (IM)
- Perform routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Collaborate with other physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted [State] medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
