Job description
They are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide medical leadership and clinical expertise in the conduct of clinical trials. This role plays a vital part in the advancement of innovative treatments for a range of internal medicine conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, respiratory illnesses, infectious diseases, and other complex adult health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee clinical trial protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients enrolled in clinical studies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including research coordinators, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Review and interpret clinical data to assess treatment efficacy and safety.

Provide expert medical guidance in the design and implementation of clinical trials.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical trial activities.

Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders and participate in scientific publications and presentations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in internal medicine and clinical research methodologies.
Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution (Required)

Active and valid California medical license (Required)
