Opportunity Highlights:
• Provide comprehensive medical care in a secure correctional environment
• Direct patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, and follow-up
• Participate in clinical rounds, treatment planning, and oversight of nursing staff
• Lead unit operations and contribute to policy development and quality improvement
• Perform and oversee minor surgeries; participate in or conduct specialty clinics
• Maintain medical records, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with administrative staff and external medical providers
• Participate in investigations, legal proceedings, and quality reviews
• Full-time position – 40 hours/week|8 hours shifts, 5 days/week

Candidate Requirements:
• Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician
• Licensed in California
• Interest or experience in correctional medicine preferred
• Must be able to function effectively in a secure institutional environment

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary - $275,000 - $325,000
