Internal Medicine Program Director - Gainesville, FL An established Internal Medicine Residency Program in Gainesville, Florida, in partnership with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM), is seeking a Program Director to lead its growing academic program. Position Details

- Outpatient
- Board certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine is required
- Minimum 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program
- Minimum 3 years of prior GME administrative experience required
- Willingness to integrate administrative duties with diagnostic and teaching responsibilities
- Strong administrative and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with recent scholarly activity are strongly encouraged to apply, including: - Peer-reviewed funding - Publications in peer-reviewed journals or textbooks - Presentations at scientific society meetings - Involvement in national committees or educational organizations
