Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Clinic located in Vergennes, VT
Position Details:
Seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO)
Outpatient-only role in a well-established, high-volume clinic setting
Opportunity for regular rotation supporting a local skilled nursing facility
Clinic engaged in innovative care delivery redesign with emphasis on Value-Based Care, Population Health, and Whole Person Care
Involvement in medical education possible
Schedule:
Full-time hours in a weekday outpatient setting
