Practice Setting

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- 36 patient care hours per week, with 4 hours admin time
- Six-month duration with potential for extension
Cases and Procedures
- Chronic Disease Management
- High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
- Busy practice, but on average, 16-20 patients per day
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Open to IMLC Physicians
