Internal Medicine Physician - Baltimore Maryland

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine adult primary care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Maryland

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
