Job description
We are seeking a Locum Family Practice Physician to provide coverage in a busy private practice setting. This opportunity is ideal for board-certified physicians with outpatient experience who can deliver high-quality primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
Practice Details:
Patient volume: 20-30 patients per day
Number of physicians in practice: 2
Practice population: Adult and Geriatric patients
Services available on-site: Laboratory and Radiology
Documentation system: AthenaHealth EMR
Job Responsibilities
Perform required general procedures including:
EKG interpretation
Perform required surgical procedures including:
Incision & Drainage (I & D)
Suturing of minor lacerations
Conduct occupational medicine procedures including:
Employment physicals
Diagnosis and management of common industrial-related medical problems
Disability exams
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Medical License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Local candidates preferred; mileage reimbursed only
Clean background
