Concierge Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Southeast Florida

A thriving concierge medicine practice in beautiful Southeast Florida is seeking a compassionate, experienced physician to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to deliver personalized care in a well-supported, high-quality outpatient setting.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Low Daily Volume – See just 7–10 patients per day
- Extended Appointment Times – 30–45 minutes per visit, 90-minute annual physicals
- Smaller Patient Panel – Cap of ~300 patients to allow for deep, meaningful relationships
- Exceptional Support – Dedicated Medical Assistant, strong clinical infrastructure
- Lifestyle-Focused Schedule – 4.5-day work week with time for administrative duties
- 100% Outpatient – No inpatient rounding; occasional social visits to hospitalized patients
- True Continuity of Care – Same-day or next-day appointments, after-hours call for your own panel only

Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Committed to proactive, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
