Position Highlights 100% outpatient internal medicine Flexible Monday Friday clinic schedule with optional four-day workweek Supported by a collaborative team: 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers No inpatient responsibilities dedicated hospitalist team handles admissions Light evening call rotation (1:10), with ED and hospitalist coverage in place Modern, well-equipped acute care facility with strong specialist support Facility Snapshot 36 inpatient beds 10-bed Open ICU 2 cardiac cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit 5 inpatient ORs and 4 outpatient surgery ORs 5 dedicated observation beds 8-bed Emergency Department with highly experienced staff Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance incentives Generous vacation and sick leave package 401(k) retirement plan with robust employer match Sign-on and relocation bonus CME allowance and 5 CME days Paid licensing and professional dues Malpractice coverage Exceptional work-life balance and a collaborative work culture Why Great Falls, Montana?
