Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to be part of our dynamic team. The position offers:
- Days/Times: M-F (8-5pm)
- Patient Volume: 8-10
- EMR system: Velocity
- Contract: Starting ASAP- 3 months, ongoing
Requirements
- Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
- License: AZ License, DEA, flu & COVID vaccinations
