Primary Care MD– Full-Time Permanent | Family Medicine or Internal Medicine in Monroe ,NC

We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice located in Monroe , North Carolina This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population

• Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model

• Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health education

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing and administrative support

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines

• Call is minimal and shared among providers; no inpatient rounding required

• Flexibility available and will be discussed during the interview process

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care

• Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required
