Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver high-quality, team-based care in a Post-Acute Care facility in the Greenville, SC area. You’ll work alongside experienced NPs and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on improving outcomes — Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No call.

Your Role:

-Provide direct care to long-term and post-acute patients

-Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners

-Ensure high standards in documentation, compliance, and care quality

-Represent PSG in supporting facility performance and care initiatives

Job Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care: new admissions, follow-ups, acute visits

Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and a Medical Assistant

Create, assess, and oversee patient treatment plans

Ensure accurate EMR documentation and E/M billing compliance

Drive care quality, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Serve as a clinical leader and liaison for PSG across assigned facilities

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

Active South Carolina medical license, DEA, and DHEC credentials

2+ years of post-acute or long-term care experience preferred

Strong leadership, EMR, and communication skills
