Internal Medicine – Northern New York
A community health center in northern New York is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity. This is a fully employed position offering excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- 5 eight-hour shifts per week within clinic hours
(Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; Tuesday–Thursday extended to 7 p.m.) - No call responsibility
- Strong support staff in a collegial environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $260,000–$300,000
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Incentive opportunities
- Up to 4 weeks vacation, 4 personal days, 2 weeks sick time, 9 paid holidays
- $5,000 CME allowance and licensing/certification reimbursement
- Full benefits and paid malpractice
- Visa candidates (J1/H1B) welcome for 2025 & 2026
Location:
- Charming college town in northern New York

- 30 minutes to international airports (Massena and Ogdensburg)
