- DEA
- Board Certification / Eligibility – Internal medicine
- Clean Malpractice
- Michigen (MI) License
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- Weekend Requirements : call every 6th week, Monday to Monday (Phone call only)
- Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates
- If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers

Job Responsibilities
• Outpatient setting
• Services include adult diagnosis, chronic disease, comprehensive care
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
• Flexible schedule
• Call coverage / On Call requirements : every 6th week (Monday-Monday, phone only)
• Optional precepting with Academic Internal Medicine Residency
• Office includes on-site access to Lab, Imaging, Geriatrics, Pharmacy, Urgent Care
• Collaborative and supportive team environment
• Physician has the option to do a full clinical Primary Care FTE or include precepting time with our Academic IM Residency that is attached
