Job Title: Locum - Physician - General Medicine

We are seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across the country. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a government contracting service that deeply values our heroes.
We offer flexible working options: you can work per diem at a designated facility, or from your own office, provided it is within a 50-mile radius of the listed city. This role is essential for timely and accurate assessments of our Veterans’ health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quick C&P exams primarily based on interviews and some physical assessments.
- Perform range of motion testing and muscle strength assessments.
- No prescribing or treatment is required; only assessments.
- Complete required administrative work related to assessments and reports.
- Option to work half days (4 hours) or full days (8 hours) on a PRN basis.
- Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions proficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in METs testing.
- Active and unrestricted full medical license.
- AANP certified.
- Must own a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).
- Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine is preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active medical license specific to your practice area.
- Current certification number.
- Must agree to provide additional documentation as needed upon presentation.
