Job Title: Locum - Physician - General Medicine

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-time non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams.
• Perform separation health assessments primarily through interviews and physical evaluations.
• Administer range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including reports and addendums.
• Maintain a professional relationship with Veterans while ensuring their privacy and dignity.
• Participate in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in a relevant medical specialty.
• Proficient in METs testing and diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Experience with Compensation & Pension assessments is a plus.
• Must possess a strong understanding of general medicine practices.
• Own a personal laptop (non-Mac/Apple).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Current AANP certification.
• Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
• Must submit required documentation, including license and certification numbers.
