Location: Portage, Wisconsin
FTE: 1.0 - Full-time
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient only with 1:8 telephone call only
- Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required)
- Average of 15-17 patients/day
- Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff)
- Excellent sub-specialty support
- Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapist
