• Schedule would be M-F 8am-5pm,
• 7 hours of patient contact time with 1 hour for charting/documentation per day.
• Must be able to see all ages
• Prior Epic EMR experience plus
• Local (LA/LB/OC) candidates only
JOB DETAILS:
• Specialty/Unit/Profession: Internal Medicine
• Shift: 5x8, Days (8a-5p; patients from 8a-4:30p) Clock out for lunch. (Time worked = 8 hours.)
• Target Start Date: 03/10/2025
• Duration of contract: 13+ Weeks
• Practice Setting: Primary Care / Internal Medicine
• Charting Software: Epic
• Ave. Daily Census: 18-20
• Patient Age Group: Adults
• Procedures (if applicable): Great if they can do common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)
• Equipment: Normal equipment found in a primary care outpatient office.
• Board Certifications: Preferred but not required
• License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS
• Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Support Staff: Yes, there is support staff (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc. They will not have to supervise any staff.
