Salary Range: $220,000 - $300,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Dundee, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care, but new graduates are encouraged to apply as well. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

• Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop effective treatment plans.

• Manage patient cases with a focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Provide education to patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Stay current on medical trends and advancements to offer the best care possible.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).

• Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
