  • $300,000 – $345,000/year
• Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic/Primary Care
• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Optional 4-Day Work Week Available)

Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Patient Care & Treatment:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a primary care setting
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and manage patient treatment plans
• Reasonable patient load to ensure high-quality care
• Order and interpret tests, screenings, and diagnostics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic EMR

✔️ Collaborative Teamwork:

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Utilize an assistant and scribe service (or AI scribe) to reduce administrative burden
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

✅ M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
✅ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
✅ Active CA Medical License (Licensing assistance available)
✅ Residents completing their U.S. residency this year are encouraged to apply
