We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians throughout Southern Illinois! The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to preventative care.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventative care
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Adhere to medical best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
Valid medical license to practice in Illinois
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
