Coverage Details
-- As soon as credentialed through the end of 2026, with potential to extend into 2027

Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
-- Includes 9 clinic sessions and 1 administrative session to complete charts daily
-- No call coverage

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine candidates will not be accepted)
-- Active Arizona license or active IMLC
-- Active Arizona DEA
-- BLS, ACLS

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Ambulatory primary care practice
-- Chronic disease management
-- Acute care
-- Hospital follow-up
-- Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)
-- Inbox management

Assignment Details
-- Outpatient clinic
-- Practice mix: 75% adult clinic and 25% adult geriatric
-- Average of 18-20 clinic patients per physician per day
-- Patients are established primary care patients only
-- Patient population ages 18 years and older
-- No hospital coverage
-- Clinic setting only
